These Terms regulate the terms of use of the transfer services provided by Airport Shuttle TR. By using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
1) Definitions
- Platform: Website and related digital channels.
- User: Real or legal person making a reservation on or using the platform.
- Service Provider / Business Partner: Local carrier, driver or vehicle operator that actually performs the transfer.
2) Scope of Service
Planned private transfer services are offered door-to-door or between the airport, hotel and designated locations. Child seat, extra stop, waiting and similar preferences can be requested during reservation.
3) Reservation & Confirmation
- Reservation is created with date, time, pick-up and drop-off location, number of people and contact information.
- Confirmation information is shared via email or SMS after payment or prepayment is received.
- When the flight number is shared, landing time tracking can be done within the provider's possibilities.
4) Pricing & Payments
- Price is calculated based on route, date, time, vehicle type and additional services. Dynamic pricing may be applied.
- Taxes and legal obligations are evaluated according to local legislation. E-invoice or e-archive is issued when necessary.
- Payment is collected via secure payment provider. Card data is stored in the payment provider infrastructure.
5) Waiting, Delay & No-Show
- Airport meet & greet: A free waiting period of 90 minutes for international flights and 60 minutes for domestic flights may apply from flight landing. Afterwards, a per-minute or additional service tariff may apply.
- Address / Hotel Departures: A free waiting period of 15 minutes may apply from the planned transfer time.
- No-show: If the passenger is not at the meeting point within the specified waiting period and cannot be contacted, the service is considered used; refund may not be made.
6) Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation 12 hours or more before the planned time: full refund.
- 12–6 hours before: 50% refund.
- Cancellation or no-show with less than 6 hours remaining: no refund.
- Special requests, third-party costs or extra services may be out of refund scope.
7) Luggage, Child Seat & Pet
- Standard luggage allowance varies by vehicle type; excess luggage may require additional fee or vehicle change.
- Child seat request must be specified during reservation. It is provided based on availability.
- Pet acceptance and conditions depend on vehicle type, local regulations and service provider rules.
8) Code of Conduct & Safety
Illegal substances cannot be carried. Service may be terminated in behaviors that endanger the safety of the vehicle, driver or other passengers.
9) Limitation of Liability
Service may be performed by local business partners. Direct liability is not accepted for delays or disruptions beyond our reasonable control such as traffic, weather, official restrictions, road closures and the like. Mandatory insurance and relevant legislation provisions are reserved.
10) Changes
Route, time or vehicle type changes may be subject to availability and price difference. The company may allocate equivalent or higher segment vehicles in mandatory situations.
11) Intellectual Property
All rights of the brand, design, software, visuals and content on the platform are reserved. Unauthorized copying, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
12) Communication & Commercial Messages
If you give permission, campaign, announcement or newsletter may be sent. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.
13) Applicable Law & Competent Court
Turkish Law applies. In disputes, the Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
14) Integrity & Severability of the Agreement
Invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Terms take effect upon publication on the platform.
