These Terms (“Terms”) govern the conditions of use of the transfer services provided by Airport Shuttle TR. By using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
Definitions
- Platform: Website and related digital channels.
- User: A natural or legal person who makes or uses a reservation on the Platform.
- Service Provider/Partner: The local carrier/driver/vehicle operator that actually performs the transfer.
Scope of Service
Scheduled private transfer services door-to-door or between airport/hotel/locations. Preferences such as child seat, extra stop, and waiting can be requested during booking.
Reservation and Confirmation
- A reservation is created with date/time, origin/destination, number of passengers, and contact details.
- Confirmation is shared by e-mail/SMS after payment/prepayment is received.
- If you share a flight number, landing time will be tracked (subject to provider capabilities).
Pricing and Payments
- The price is calculated based on route, date/time, vehicle type, and extra services (it may be dynamic).
- Taxes are included/excluded (adjust according to local regulations). An e-invoice/e-archive is issued.
- Payment is collected via a secure payment provider. Card data are stored by the provider.
Waiting, Delays, and No-show
- Airport meet & greet: From landing time: 90 min free waiting (international), 60 min (domestic). After that, a per-minute fee schedule applies.
- Address/hotel pickups: From the scheduled time: 15 min free waiting.
- No-show: If the passenger is not at the meeting point within the waiting period and cannot be contacted, the service is deemed used; no refund will be issued.
Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellation ≥ 12 hours before the scheduled time: full refund.
- 12–6 hours before: 50% refund.
- Cancellation < 6 hours before or no-show: no refund.
- Special requests/extra costs may be non-refundable.
Luggage, Child Seat, and Pets
- Standard baggage allowance varies by vehicle type; excess may require an extra fee/vehicle change.
- A child seat request must be indicated during booking.
- The acceptance of pets and related conditions depend on vehicle type and local regulations.
Code of Conduct and Safety
Illegal items cannot be transported; the service may be terminated for behavior that endangers the safety of the vehicle/driver.
Limitation of Liability
The service may be performed by local partners. We do not accept direct liability for delays and disruptions beyond our reasonable control (traffic, weather, official restrictions, etc.). Mandatory insurance and applicable legislation remain reserved.
Amendments
Changes to route/time/vehicle type are subject to availability and fare differences. The company may allocate an equivalent/higher segment vehicle when necessary.
Intellectual Property
All rights to the trademarks, design, and content on the Platform are reserved. Unauthorized copying/distribution is prohibited.
Communication and Commercial Messages
With your permission, promotions/newsletters may be sent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Turkish Law applies. In disputes, the Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement and Severability
The invalidity of any provision does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The Terms take effect when published on the Platform.
